Black Wooden Frame (No Glass)

One of the frames was broken from one corner and since no instructions were provided on how to use it, it completely fell apart in 4 pieces as I tried to figure out how to insert the diamond painting in it.

Wanted them to frame some of my work from a previous purchase for mother's day so didn't have time to contact anyone for a replacement.

Very pathetic and unexpected.

These things should be checked before shipping the order.

I was thinking of buying more from here despite the overpriced items but this made me re-evaluate and I don't think I'll be shopping from this website again.

It was very embarrassing to stick the frame together with cello tape and gift it.
