Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pause Project. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we want you to receive your orders in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details on how we handle shipping.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside of India and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at admin@pauseprojectindia.com for assistance.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [2-3 business days]. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for orders over Rs. 1500/- within India.

4. Delivery Timeframes
While we work to get your order to you as soon as possible, shipping times are not in our control and may be delayed due to our delivery partners.

For metro cities, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. 

For other locations, delivery can take 7-10 business days.
Please note these are average timelines and not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at admin@pauseprojectindia.com, and we will do our best to update the details before your order ships.

7. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with shipping, such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to us at admin@pauseprojectindia.com. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue with the carrier.

8. Packaging
We take extra care to ensure your products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our return and refund policy.
