These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pause Project™ website and products, operated by Sakshi Ritesh Chandalia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Products

Pause Project™ kits are sold for personal, non-commercial use only, unless we have given you written permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our products or designs without our consent. If you wish to use our kits for paid or public events, see Section 4 below.

2. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, photographs, and content on our site are owned by Pause Project™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our materials without written permission.

4. Event & Workshop Policy

If you wish to use our kits for any paid or public event (workshops, classes, corporate sessions, community events, etc.):

• You must register as an official Pause Project Event Partner before hosting.
• All promotional materials must state: “This event is hosted using Pause Project kits” and tag @pauseprojectindia where possible.
• Products for such events must be purchased directly from us (standard or bulk rates).
• Failure to comply may result in withdrawal of permission to use our products, refusal of future sales, and/or legal action.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products to:

• Break any laws
• Infringe on our or others’ intellectual property
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Pause Project™
• Host unapproved paid/public events using our kits

6. Liability

Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from use of our products or website. Where the law does not allow certain limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai/Maharashtra.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our site. Continued use of our site or products means you accept the updated Terms.

This agreement is between the user and Sakshi Ritesh Chandalia, the owner and operator of Pause Project™.
